3. Booking Terms

For booking through the website or WhatsApp:

• Clients must provide accurate and correct information when booking
• Clients must inform us of any changes to contact information
• Bookings are confirmed through official channels without requiring advance payment
• Clients must inform us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Appointment times are strictly scheduled, and we recommend arriving 10 minutes before the appointment

4. Payment Terms

• Service prices are listed on the website and may change with prior notice
• Payment is required upon arrival at the laboratory before the test is performed
• All payments are final and non-refundable except in specific cases outlined in the cancellation policy
• Additional fees may apply for services not included in the original package
• All payments are processed through secure and guaranteed channels

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

To ensure smooth operations and respect for all clients' time, we apply the following policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
• After sample collection, cancellation or refund is not possible, as the analysis process begins automatically after the sample is taken
• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will result in the appointment being forfeited, but no fees will be charged
• In case of medical emergencies that prevent attendance (such as severe symptoms), please contact us immediately to discuss your situation
• Rescheduling instead of cancellation follows the same 24-hour notice requirement
• Payments made cannot be refunded after sample collection

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

At STDTestBH, we commit to the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy:

• All medical information and results are completely confidential and not shared with any third party without written consent
• Medical records are stored in secure systems with advanced encryption
• Medical records are deleted after 5 years in accordance with standard medical practices
• Test samples are not retained after analysis completion and result issuance
• Test results are communicated to clients through the secure channels they choose

7. Testing Procedures

To ensure test accuracy:

• Clients must follow the required preparation instructions before the test (such as avoiding urination for two hours before urine sample collection)
• Samples are collected by trained staff according to the highest medical standards
• All tests are conducted in accredited laboratories according to international standards
• Results are delivered within 24 hours for most packages, with some packages offering same-day results
• Some tests may take longer than one day depending on the specific package selected
• After sample collection, the analysis process begins automatically and cannot be canceled
• In case of positive results, we provide medical consultation to discuss treatment options

8. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate and correct information when booking and during testing
• Following the required preparation instructions before the test
• Arriving at the scheduled appointment time
• Maintaining the confidentiality of test results and not sharing them with unauthorized parties
• Taking appropriate actions in case of positive results to prevent infection transmission
• Confirming your intention to proceed with testing before arrival, as payment is required upon arrival

9. Website and Company Responsibility

STDTestBH bears full responsibility for:

• Test accuracy according to accredited laboratory standards
• Confidentiality of all medical information and results
• Providing a safe and respectful environment for all clients
• Providing professional medical consultations when needed
• Compliance with medical and ethical standards

However, STDTestBH is not responsible for:

• Any errors in results due to factors outside the laboratory's control
• Any medical complications resulting from the client not following the recommended treatment
• Any misuse of medical results by the client
• Any delays in receiving results due to external factors

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the STDTestBH website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of STDTestBH and is protected by copyright. Use of any content from the site for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
